Meet the Team

Bill Russell

Owner, Keyrenter Solutions

Bill grew up in South Eastern Michigan. While there, he gained knowledge of real estate investing and property management, as several of his family members owned both residential and commercial investment properties. Bill obtained a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University prior to moving to the Shenandoah Valley, where he pursued a career in Law Enforcement. His experience as both a Patrol Officer and Criminal Investigator have provided him with vast knowledge of the Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro communities.

Bill has invested in Real Estate in the area and enjoys studying personal finance and investment strategies. He is passionate about aviation and received his pilot’s license years ago. Most importantly,Bill is happily married and enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and two incredible children! Bill’s knowledge of the community, emphasis on customer service, and personal investment experience will help his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Marianne Gomez

Administrative Assistant

Before joining the Keyrenter Solutions team, Marianne worked two years as a bilingual Customer Service and Technical Support agent. She also spent three years doing freelance work as an Translator and Interpreter for a variety of projects, mainly scientific/technical texts and SEO translation and localization.

Marianne’s experience dealing with a wide array of customers and clients has given her the tools she needs to provide an excellent service to interested parties, and her approachable and proactive character makes her an important member of the Keyrenter team.

Daniel Switzer

Property Manager

Daniel Switzer is a Staunton native who has made a name for himself in the world of real estate. As a seasoned real estate agent, now property manager, he has helped countless clients buy, sell, and rent homes using his local expertise and in-depth knowledge of the housing market to guide them through the process with ease.

Outside of work, Daniel is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing tennis and golf in his free time. Whether he’s hitting the links with friends or playing a competitive match on the court, he always brings his A-game and loves the challenge of pushing himself to be better.

Tiffany Austin

Property Manager

Tiffany Austin is a dynamic individual who brings a wealth of property management experience to her role in Waynesboro, Virginia. Originally from California, Tiffany moved to Waynesboro to pursue new opportunities and build a life in a community she loves.

With a background in property management, Tiffany has a keen eye for detail and a knack for solving problems. Whether she’s managing a residential complex or working with commercial clients, she takes pride in providing top-notch service and ensuring that every property she oversees is running smoothly.

Outside of work, Tiffany loves to explore the local events with her husband and two kids.
